Since 1989, Reg Cousineau has educated, consulted and mentored business owners, mangers and supervisors, front line staff and individuals on a variety of topics. Reg is an informational educator, who is highly motivating. He has presented public seminars, in-house workshops and at conferences across North America to groups ranging in size from a few people to over 1000. When Reg speaks and writes, he does so from the heart, with warmth and humour. His unique gift is to speak to an audience and communicate with the heart of each person as if they were alone having an important, intimate conversation. A polished storyteller, he has a way of making the seemingly complex, easy to understand. Reg has worked with businesses across North America to increase their personal effectiveness and enjoy more happiness. Reg earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Laurentian University. Paragon Training is located in Elora, ON, Canada.
